Josephine Bartley

From Josephine herself: "I chose this pic of me and the owner of Courtyard Bar in 2015 as an example of how HEART is a movement that we can take up as our own and owned by the community including businesses. I used HEART to explain that in our community we have a movement of respecting each other, respecting women and healthy relationships, and having topless waitresses goes against that aspiration of the community of respecting women. They were awesome and stopped it straight away and have been such a valued part of our Glen Innes community."

What Josephine likes about HEART is "that people can make it their own."

A fun fact about Josephine, she tried stand up comedy and loved it so much that she even became a finalist in raw comedy quest.
